Corporate English Teacher for an IT Company

We are looking for a teacher who will help our team feel confident when communicating with foreign clients and partners. Who are we looking for? We need not just a teacher, but someone who: Can explain material in an engaging and clear way. Knows how to motivate students and keep them interested. Is ready to adapt their approach to each student’s level and needs. Has a sense of humor and easily connects with people. Is open to new teaching methods and modern EdTech tools.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience (corporate format or IT background is a plus).
- English proficiency at C1+ level.
- Ability to create clear, engaging, and effective learning programs.
- A flexible approach to teaching (one textbook for all is not an option).
- Creativity, initiative, and passion for teaching.
- Conduct group and individual lessons (online or offline).
- Help our specialists improve their English for work—covering everything from technical vocabulary to business communication.
- Use interactive methods, case studies, role-playing games, etc. (no dry grammar without practice).
- Teach using a communicative approach—minimal theory, maximum practice, creative material presentation, innovative techniques, and authentic video content to engage and inspire.
- Track students' progress and provide valuable feedback.
- Collaborate with HR to tailor training to the team’s actual needs.
Be a Plus
- Experience working specifically with IT specialists.
- CELTA / TESOL / TEFL certification.
- Understanding of the IT industry and how developers, testers, and product managers work.
