- 1+ year of proven experience in sales, account management, or a related role, preferably in the tech or software industry;
- Experience using CRM software (Hubspot preferred);
- Fluent English;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively present technical information;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level;
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs;
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Work from our office which located in Lviv;
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters;
- Process enquiries via email, telephone;
- Qualify and generate new opportunities to grow sales pipeline;
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients;
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors;
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives;
- Clients’ Feedback gathering;
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts);
- Prepare reports on account status;
- Fluency in Ukrainian.
