Lionwood.software is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Benelux region. This role is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional with a proven track record in closing high-value deals and building strong client relationships. The role is based in our Lviv office.
- At least 3+ years of B2B full-cycle sales experience in IT outsourcing;
- Experience working with international clients;
- Experience managing full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals;
- Fluent English (at least C1 ) — must have;
- Ability to travel;
- Experience with CRM.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across Belgium and the Netherlands;
- Present Lionwood.software’s services and offerings to potential clients, effectively communicating value propositions;
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals;
- Continuous work and support of own accounts;
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key industry players and partners;
- Assess potential clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives;
- Keep Hubspot up-to-date: lead &deal information, calls, meetings, etc.;
- Collaborate closely with local clusters and cross-functional teams to align on growth initiatives;
- Represent Lionwood.software at tech and industry events, conferences, and roadshows. Ability to travel is a must;
- Conduct follow-ups post-events to nurture leads and convert opportunities into new business;
- Work together with the team on marketing platforms (Designrush, Clutch, etc.) to qualify the lead, initiate the call and work through sales pipeline;
- Collaborate with Business Development team on new initiatives.
Be a Plus
- Dutch language;
- Previous experience with Benelux market;
- Good network of stakeholders and decision makers in the industry would be a great plus.
