

Lionwood.software is growing, and we’re looking for a strategic and creative marketing leader to drive our presence across Benelux, Nordics, and the UK. If you love turning data into insights, building brands from the ground up, and making an impact on international markets — this role is for you.
- Proven experience (4+ years) in B2B IT/software marketing in the EU (must-have).
- Experience in building and executing marketing strategies.
- Strong track record in market research, competitor analysis, and go-to-market strategy.
- Proven success in building brand awareness in the EU market (ideally UK, Nordics, and Benelux).
- Ability to work independently while leading strategic initiatives.
- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tools, including LinkedIn/Google/Facebook Ads and analytics platforms.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to define tone of voice and messaging.
- Experience in demand generation campaigns.
- Understanding of modern online and offline marketing tools.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to measure and optimize results.
- Fluent in English (C1+); knowledge of Dutch, German, or Nordic languages is a plus.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Build brand awareness to strengthen Lionwood.software’s positioning in Logistics, Manufacturing, and AgTech industries across Benelux, Nordics, and the UK.
- Identify the company’s key differentiators and competitive advantages.
- Define market size, key trends, tone of voice, and outreach channels in target regions.
- Create and maintain a unique value proposition and messaging framework.
- Develop a 12-month plan to grow key marketing metrics.
- Calculate cost per channel and optimize ROI.
- Define and continuously improve the customer journey.
- Prepare localized marketing content tailored for Benelux, Nordics, and the UK.
- Identify and collaborate with industry influencers.
- Develop thought leadership campaigns (case studies, whitepapers, articles).
- Identify and apply for strategic industry awards in collaboration with the Head of Business Development.
- Drive demand generation through events, webinars, and targeted campaigns.
- Set clear KPIs and track performance across channels.
- Provide regular reports, insights, and recommendations to the Head of Business Development.
- Continuously refine campaigns based on data-driven insights.
