

- Experience of working with Upwork, Fiverr or similar platforms
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (is a plus);
- Upper intermediate or advanced level of English, both written and spoken;
- Experience using CRM software (Hubspot preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively answer clients’s questions
- Eager to learn and be proactive
- Ability to write personalized and engaging proposals
- Attention to details
- Identify and engage potential leads on UpWork and other platforms
- Respond to inquiries, initiate discussions, and understand client needs
- Review profiles and regularly update those with the support of our Business Development team
- Write effective and detailed proposals (under the assistance of engagement team)
- Provide initial consultation about our services and arrange calls
- Track activities in CRM, direct reporting to the Head of Business Development
- Actively engage with Business Development and Engagement team
