Fenix provides a variety of high-quality printing services, starting from flyers and business cards production to printing on banners and wallpapers, making custom souvenirs, and dubond plaques with laser engraving. There are a number of well-known companies among Fenix’s clients, such as Lviv International Airport, Oxy Bank, Epicenter, FEST, Lviv Fashion Week, and others.
The goal of the product was to cover all the processes, including counting items in the warehouse, possibility to track involvement of employees and make reports which help define each employee’s salary. Another challenge was to integrate a POS and existing CRM systems to have access to a customer's purchase history, preferences, and other relevant information at the point of sale. This can help staff provide a more personalized and efficient service, which can improve the customer experience and can help make better business decisions. For example, possibility to track which products are selling well, which promotions are driving sales, and which customers are most valuable to a business.
