The goal of the product was to cover all the processes, including counting items in the warehouse, possibility to track involvement of employees and make reports which help define each employee’s salary. Another challenge was to integrate a POS and existing CRM systems to have access to a customer's purchase history, preferences, and other relevant information at the point of sale. This can help staff provide a more personalized and efficient service, which can improve the customer experience and can help make better business decisions. For example, possibility to track which products are selling well, which promotions are driving sales, and which customers are most valuable to a business.
