Presenting a rather unique SaaS product to the market is difficult; much more a unique one that is aiming to solve a challenge that permeates a particular country, while aiming to expand to other regions. The platform, at the time of the start of collaboration, was at the MVP stage, but it would rather be brought into circulation as soon as possible. The additional factor was that there were multiple different stakeholders and user roles to be accounted for, including HCPs, patients, caretakers, and others. Plus, there was the need for integrations that would ensure hotel and transport compatibility.

The resulting platform is fully operational, allowing for the seamless communication between HCPs and patients via WhatsApp, and reserving the proper user roles for everyone, and providing dashboards on the company’s side to view the flows. Lionwood is now looking forward to collaborating on the sides of the app that involve accommodation and flight tickets, while the client company is attracting leads through the established workflows within the system.
