Business Challenge

Shyft.tt had the business need to rebuild their MVP. The first version of the comparison website wasn't much flexible and required engineers' code changes when updating insurance rules and price calculations. Moreover, the app required a fresh new look and a better User experience. The whole project started with the Investigation / Discovery phase which smoothly went to Design and Implementation.

Project Goals

Rebuild the old system including its redesign, and give Admin the ability to manage and add rules, prices, claims, and clients dynamically from the Admin panel.

Extend product services from Car Insurance to car, home, and content insurance.

Make the web platform mobile-friendly since more than 50% of users use their mobile devices when looking for insurance and reporting claims.
