There was a need to build Mobile and Web applications to track equipment location and define managers who are responsible for a certain equipment at a particular time. The Web application consists of 4 roles: Global Admin who creates accounts, Admins who are responsible for adding events, equipment assignment, stage view and venue. PMs take equipment from the warehouse and give it back, and Employees who are able to be in the loop on events and equipment that should be loaded into the trucks. There is a statistics that shows the most often equipment rent, working hours of each team that helps manage overtime.
